Venkat is a transformational leader with more than 24 years of rich experience in Software Development, Solution Architecture, Quality Control and Assurance, Process and Program Management, Delivery Management and Operations. In the course of leading pioneering projects across the US, UK, Middle East and Asia Pacific, he has successfully managed over 500 people.
At DigiTelescope, Venkat is responsible for the entire software delivery cycle, development and quality assurance projects, and managing the project management office as a whole.
Venkat is an alumnus of the National Institute of Information Technology, and is passionate about training and mentoring.

Dr. Lavanya is an accomplished plant scientist and biotechnologist bringing deep expertise in experimental biology, data analysis, and research-driven innovation to the DigiTelescope team. Lavanya holds a PhD in Botany from Panjab University, with additional postdoctoral research experience at ITC R&D Centre (Hyderabad) and University College London (UCL), UK.
Her work spans phyto-chemical ecology, morphological characterization of plant clones, developing key descriptors for elite Eucalyptus clones and elucidating allelopathic interactions in Indian and international agricultural systems. At UCL, she worked on biochemical and molecular techniques, leading independent research on Arabidopsis ecotypes and plant competition, including method development (PCR markers, fluorescence imaging, metabolic assays).
Ramachandra is an accomplished Senior Solutions Architect with over 20 years of experience, specializing in cloud and enterprise solutions. With a strong focus on driving innovation and digital transformation, he has a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and fostering growth across various industries including Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Health Science.
